Cannot be more thankful for this guy. Went camping with travel trailer to lake. Couldn't get truck to start. He came about an hour to figure out what was going on and got me running! Thanks for your honest work!!

Truck broke down and was referred to R&R by a trusted family member. Made the call and a couple hours later Chase showed up. It was raining and cold. He figured out exactly what the issue was, grabbed the part, tore half my engine apart, made the repair, put it all back together, in the rain, with a smile, 1 time, in under 4 hours, in my hotel parking lot. Truck started right up, and even when he called back to follow up and check on me, truck was running like a champ! Great job Chase. Great work, Great customer service! I was a long way from home and you showed up like a boss!

I spent $1,900 in labor cost, $2,700 in auto parts and still they could not make my box truck to start after waiting 2 days. I had to tow my vehicle to Rush Truck Center where it was finally fixed the next day for the same issue. Rush Truck Center charged me $875 (everything included). Warning: Pay after your truck has been fixed. Otherwise, you will loose your money. Do not pay upfront ⚠️⚠️⚠️

I was desperate for a mechanic for one of my drivers. He was my second call, but I know now why I didn’t get the first call! Chance had my driver back up and running in no time, and very reasonable. We have used him again since then, and will use him again! Thanks for a job well done!
