Brandon & crew installed two HVAC systems for our home. We were originally scheduled on a day where our area got hit with a snow/ice storm and stayed below freezing for days/weeks. Brandon stayed in communication with me the entire time, worked with me on rescheduling, and even came out to shovel a pathway from the road to the outside units for his team to safely install. They gave us a very competitive price and warranty. Great communication and workmanship.

I needed to update our aging HVAC system. Brandon came out quickly and put together a quote right away. He gave me plenty of options at different price points to ensure I ended up with a system that worked for me at a very reasonable price. After getting quotes from 3 companies, R&R came through with the best price for an install. With a 10 year manufacturers warranty on parts and a 2 year labor warranty from R&R, I'm confident I'll be covered should any problems arise in the future. I won't hesitate to call again for any future HVAC needs.

Great experience! Come out after hours on emergency when no other company would. Ended up installing an entirely new system, although I had options. The prices were very competetive. Work was timeley and everyone was very professional and freindly. I can not recommend them enough.

Sept 2025: New system installation, RUUD 3 ton, 2 ton compressors (15 SEER) and 2 air handlers. R&R provided outstanding professional service at a very competitive price. Brandon and his team were courteous and professional, and completed the job on schedule. It is important to support our local businesses. The HVAC industry in being taken over by larger companies and private equity investors to control prices and charge higher prices. Consumers must fight back by supporting local, small businesses.

This is the second time in six month we’ve worked with this company. Brandon was the main point of contact for the replacement of both indoor/outdoor units. Each were about the same age at the time of replacement (14 years). Brandon is very honest, timely, responsive, professional, knowledgeable and resourceful. He, Armando and Jay provided the best installation service a customer could ask for. They work quickly and efficiently. They made sure everything was installed perfectly and made sure the work space was clean. We couldn’t ask for a better group. Each of them, in my opinion, should be recognized by the service they provide. Great customer service and came the same week to replace 2 heat pumps and 2 propane furnaces at my house. They always answered the phone/all my questions, provided common sense solutions, and didn't try to upsell. Their maintenance plan is much more reasonable than other companies in the area too.
