Errol assisted myself and my husband after our car broke down and needed to be towed back to the local dealership. The service was prompt and his first priority was to make sure we were in a safe location. He was knowledgeable and helped to quickly get our car on the flatbed and get us back to the local dealership. BMW Roadside Assistance coordinated this tow for us, and we will definitely provide feedback to them that this is a local service that they should utilize for their customers. I would highly recommend for both their service, professionalism and the courtesy of their employees. Thank you!
