Quick professional service, Kaz came within an hour of calling him and found the problem with my Aircon. Managed to replace the compressor in the next couple of hours so saved me driving in the heat without Aircon.

We had a suspected oil leak late in the afternoon and needed someone to check it wasn't serious. QwikFix responded very promptly, answering all our questions and were avaliable quickly. On arrival, the mechanic (Kaz) inspected our vehicle very thoroughly, checking all potential issues and fixed our problem (wasn't an oil leak!). He was very friendly and polite. Great communication. Thank you very much.

Qwik fix came out quick on a Friday at 5pm. This was the only good thing they did. I paid £180 for the mechanic to look at the vehicle in which he told me the slave master cylinder was cracked. After he did not put my battery back in my vehicle which meant that I was unable to lock my car fully. This left my car vunreable and as it was undrivable the car was broken into that night and things were stolen. He told me there was no need to put the battery back on to get the central locking system to work as its extra labour. He also told me that the part was specialist and that I would need to take it to fiat directly. I then got a second opinion from another mechanic (after it had been broken into) in which they said that the problem was a lot simpler than a cracked slave master cylinder. Instead it was loose and needed flushing out and tightening up. I was also Informed that even if I did need this part then it wouldn't HAVE to be done by fiat and instead could be done by any garage. My car was then fixed by a local garage for £160 total. In summary I used Qwikfix. They identified the issue incorrectly, left my car unlockable which resulted in things inside being stolen. And paid nearly £200 for the privilege. I will not be using these again. And would warn anybody off using them in future.

Wasn’t happy… rushing around didn’t give diagnosis like promised, over charged just to tell me battery is flat, now I’ve bought battery he isn’t around to fit it…. Very disappointed in this service
