Our building’s HOA works with Quorum Real Estate, and over the past year I’ve had multiple serious maintenance issues in my unit—including two ceiling leaks and a cracked plumbing pipe. Timour coordinated every step seamlessly among my tenant, me, and contractors. He was consistently professional, detail-oriented, and clear in his communication. Each issue was inspected, addressed, and repaired quickly, and his calm, organized approach made the entire process so much easier to navigate.
