Re: Quiet Cool
September 17, 2025
Yesterday, September 16, from 11:00 am, to 6:00 pm, I wasted my time trying to speak to a technical support specialist. My electrician was having technical issues, and we needed technical assistance.
I was able to speak to a PRESTON STEVENSON briefly at about past 11:00 am, and I informed him that 1) I have two (2) Quiet Cools installed in my house - one (1) is above the garage, and the other is on the other side of the house, above my bedroom; 2) the motor of the Quiet Cool above my bedroom stopped functioning (It is a Smart 2830 CFM model which I purchased in August 2019), and I was sent a replacement motor two weeks ago; and, 3) My electrician is having technical issues, because the app on my phone is working, but it is not be properly connected, because the fan is not working.
ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED. MANAGEMENT SHOULD LISTEN TO THE RECORDED CALL.
I also informed PRESTON STEVENSON that my son took a video showing the app working, but not the fan. I made it abundantly clear to him, that WHAT I NEED IS TECHNICAL SUPPORT. He told me to email him the video. I emailed him the video.
He emailed me back, saying, “The reason your attic fan isn't working and keeps breaking is due to insufficient ventilation in your attic space”. This is the very first time the Quiet Cool motor above my bedroom stopped functioning.
I emailed him pictures of my ventilation.

The whole afternoon yesterday, I was desperately trying to speak to an actual technical support specialist, because my electrician was on standby by.
I left more than a dozen messages requesting for a call back. I received ZERO response.
Today, September 17, I received an email from PRESTON STEVENSON, and he said, “To be completely honest, I'm surprised the fan has lasted as long as it has in its current configuration.” The advertisement for Quiet Cool does not say, that one’s roof has to have many, many vents in order for it to work. As a matter of fact, what they are selling, is the idea that Quiet Cool will solve, and address the problem of a hot attic.
Quiet Cool is not the only company selling this kind of product. There are many other companies consumers can choose from, to spend their hard earned money on. SHAME ON QUIET COOL.
