Re: Quiet Cool September 17, 2025 Yesterday, September 16, from 11:00 am, to 6:00 pm, I wasted my time trying to speak to a technical support specialist. My electrician was having technical issues, and we needed technical assistance. I was able to speak to a PRESTON STEVENSON briefly at about past 11:00 am, and I informed him that 1) I have two (2) Quiet Cools installed in my house - one (1) is above the garage, and the other is on the other side of the house, above my bedroom; 2) the motor of the Quiet Cool above my bedroom stopped functioning (It is a Smart 2830 CFM model which I purchased in August 2019), and I was sent a replacement motor two weeks ago; and, 3) My electrician is having technical issues, because the app on my phone is working, but it is not be properly connected, because the fan is not working. ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED. MANAGEMENT SHOULD LISTEN TO THE RECORDED CALL. I also informed PRESTON STEVENSON that my son took a video showing the app working, but not the fan. I made it abundantly clear to him, that WHAT I NEED IS TECHNICAL SUPPORT. He told me to email him the video. I emailed him the video. He emailed me back, saying, “The reason your attic fan isn't working and keeps breaking is due to insufficient ventilation in your attic space”. This is the very first time the Quiet Cool motor above my bedroom stopped functioning. I emailed him pictures of my ventilation. The whole afternoon yesterday, I was desperately trying to speak to an actual technical support specialist, because my electrician was on standby by. I left more than a dozen messages requesting for a call back. I received ZERO response. Today, September 17, I received an email from PRESTON STEVENSON, and he said, “To be completely honest, I'm surprised the fan has lasted as long as it has in its current configuration.” The advertisement for Quiet Cool does not say, that one’s roof has to have many, many vents in order for it to work. As a matter of fact, what they are selling, is the idea that Quiet Cool will solve, and address the problem of a hot attic. Quiet Cool is not the only company selling this kind of product. There are many other companies consumers can choose from, to spend their hard earned money on. SHAME ON QUIET COOL.

Quick shipping easy to install. Should of done this years ago. My kids love the breeze that this creates in the hallway. I also got the one for the garage and this really is nice to take care of any fumes from the workshop.

I installed five fans Quiet Cool fans that work great. The cell phone app for controlling the fans is a big plus. Fan installation was relatively easy. Most of the installation time was involved with cutting drywall holes, roof holes, installing 2x4s for better support, and touch-up painting. The installation and electrical were easy using the received instruction manuals. The Quiet Cool models installed were the following: QC-ES-5400 Whole House Fan (Very quiet!) QC-AFG SMT PRO-3.0 Gable Fan QC-GA-ES-1500 Garage Attic Fan QC-AFR SMT ES-2.0 Roof Fans (Qty-2) The cables on roof fan control boxes were extended to locate them at attic ceiling access panels for easier WiFi/phone app setup and changes.

Installed quiet cool and attic fan. Charged $900 install. Did not advise that there was debris impeding airway that cause air to blow back by bouncing off of debris on meshwork. Paid an outside electrician $400 to correct.

From the very first phone call to the final installation, QC Manufacturing (QuietCool) exceeded my expectations. I initially spoke with Ricardo, who made the ordering process incredibly easy. He took the time to walk me through the different models, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I understood which fan would be the best fit for my home. His professionalism and product knowledge gave me total confidence in my purchase. After placing the order, Taylor reached out to schedule the installation. She was friendly, efficient, and worked around my schedule with no hassle. Everything was clearly communicated, and I never felt left in the dark about timing or next steps. When installation day arrived, QC’s in-house team of installers showed up on time, well-prepared, and ready to work. They were polite, respectful of my home, and clearly experienced in what they do. They explained the process, worked quickly but carefully, and left everything spotless when they were done. As for the product itself — the QuietCool whole house fan is a game-changer. It works exactly as advertised: powerful airflow, whisper-quiet operation, and an immediate improvement in cooling and air circulation. On cooler evenings, it’s incredible how fast it pulls in fresh outdoor air and keeps the house comfortable without running the AC constantly. Overall, the combination of top-notch customer service, skilled installation, and a high-quality product makes QC Manufacturing an easy 5 out of 5 stars. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to improve their home’s comfort and energy efficiency. I am now interested in scheduling with them installing a ZAP (Zone Air Pathway) to keep my doors closed while the fan is running. Great people, excellent product, exceptional experience!

Phenomenal company, with local US-based customer service making a great product and of great quality. I cannot recommend them enough. My CSR, Alex was super-helpful on the phone - I had the fan, a QC-ES 6000 ordered and installed within two days of that initial call. (Head's up,the thing is massive, but really well packed). Two weeks in, I can say that it has been one of the most impactful home improvement projects that I have ever done, and I can't believe it took me so long to stumble upon it. It's rare to find a company that delivers on their promise; QC needs to be commended for it. My whole house fan was worth every penny.

Got a QC CL-4700 RF for a 2000 sq ft 2-story house. 6 hrs DIY installation. Pulls in late afternoon exterior air, cooling and refreshing the whole house. Runs quiet, especially at low mode for overnight. Definitely a worthy buy.

I have been using QuietCool fans for past 12 years. Just amazing comfort, technology with low cost if operations and excellent sales (Stephen F) and support staff. Attic stays cooler than before. And WHF cools down the house to a nice 68 in the morning and house goes to 76-77 during hot days.

Literally a complete set! This was one of the most complete kits for a simple home improvement project. I’m very happy with the look, the ease of installation, and the air flow from the rooms now. Great addition to increase airflow from rooms routinely getting too hot or too cold and stuffy. Highly recommend! Adding some before and after pics.

Adding a Quiet Cool Whole House Fan to my residence was one of the best things i've done in years. With the climate in our area (hot days and cool nights), the fan is made for this situation and works extremely well to keep our house cool at night (not having AC installed). It is quiet, was easy to install, and the wireless remote is the best part (added AFTER install). I did make things harder for myself by putting the fan intake through the attic access port as I had no other hallway space for it, but this was my problem, not the fans. SInce I am using the attic access port, I had to add a hinge system to swing the intake duct out of the way when I need to get into the attic....a design challenge, but it works!!!
