Great service. Farooq was super polite throughout and has done a great job, left the everything super clean and tidy as well. He kept me up to speed throughout the repair and gave me some good advice as to how to keep my boiler in a better condition and avoid further issues. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who is facing boiler problems. Great service and a competitive price.

Came just after an hour after I phoned. Quick initial diagnosis, boiler was in a pretty bad state. Farooq got straight on to the repair and had it fixed in just over an hour. He had to replace three parts and basically resurrect the rest of the boiler to its now safe and working version of its self. Very impressed with the service all round and would fully recommend. If your boilers on the blink don't risk it, Farooq can fix it.

Farooq installed my new taps with new pipes at short notice when i found a leak with the old ones. His was work was excellent, and he charged a fair price. I'm really happy, and i would definitely recommend him to others.

Cannot recommend enough! Farooq was honest and transparent from the get go. Took time to educate us about the problem we were having with our boiler. Not only did he action the given work, but took time to clean and service other parts of the boiler all included within the price. Will definitely be a lifelong loyal customer of Farooq's for however long he plans to trade for!

THE 1ST HONEST GAS ENGINEER I'VE COME ACROSS!!! Had a fault on my Vaillant boiler and under my warranty Vaillant engineer came out and changed the pump and pressure sensor only for the pump to seize up again within 7 days (another faulty pump). Vaillant said they would not come back unless i have a power flush first so i called Farooq and told him i need power flush, which he said he needs to come and investigate and do a survey first to see what the problem is before booking the job. After Farooq checked everything he was so honest and told me that the system and the water in it was clean and it doesn't need a power flush and showed me the water was clean. The boiler is less than 6yrs old and most the pipes are plastic. He also showed me the faulty pump which Vaillant replaced. In the end Farooq replaced the pump and did a boiler service which was due and its working perfectly now. I'd been scammed so many times that now I've met such an honest guy, i will only use him for all my boiler problems and service. Farooq has saved me hundreds of pounds!!! I still have 4yrs warranty left with Vaillant but they obviously am not interested in fixing a faulty pump which they installed themselves unless i spend about £700 for something ithe boiler doesn't need doing b4 they come back on the recall so I'm not even going to use Vaillant ever again!!! We were without hot water and heating for two days, so I called Farooq. He responded immediately, arrived on time and was a complete professional from start to finish. Excellent service and professionalism! I contacted Farooq for an emergency call out on a Sunday for a boiler problem and even though he was very busy, he was happy to take on the job same day.
