Farouq gave us a fantastic service on Christmas Eve when our boiler stopped working. He fitted us in to his busy schedule and was highly professional and knowledgeable. Farooq attended and provided competitive quotes for a new BAXI combi boiler (with a 7 year guarantee) and also one to replace and install a new hot water tank. He outlined the benefits of each option and we decided to go with the boiler quote. All works were completed the same day by his team, which included the removal of the hot water tank. He is such a humble and honest person and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him should you require a new boiler or associated works. Based on my experience, I will definitely be using Farooq again in the future.

Absolutely brilliant service! Called up Quickfix and on a weekend when no one else would help us they replaced the pump on my Central heating system and all was fixed and now we've got our heating and water back! Deserves more than 5 stars !

I contacted Quickfix Boiler Repair Services Ltd yesterday, and I spoke with Farooq the engineer. Farooq came within the hour, and through a series of tests, he had diagnosed the fault and discussed the cost of repairs and the options I have. I chose to have the boiler replaced for peace of mind, and today two engineers from Quickfix arrived in the morning to install the new boiler. They were very polite and professional, and had completed the works by the afternoon. I was advised of the use and maintenance of my new boiler and was handed the relevant documents and informed as when to expect the registration paperwork. All my questions were answered and if I had an queries in the future to call Quickfix and they would be more happy to assist me. Upon completion of the works the Quickfix engineers had left the place clean and tidy. I am very happy with quality of the new boiler installation, and I would be more than happy to recommend Quickfix Boiler Repair Services Ltd to my friends and family. Farooq gave us excellent service for a boiler service that became a small repair. He was clear about what needed to be done and was very fair with the pricing. He told me from the off his thoughts on what needed to be done and saw it through with no messing about. He needed to come back to complete the works another day and he did that without fuss and was happy to take payment when the job was done. Really happy with everything and I'll definitely be using him again in the future!

I cant praise this company enough.Farooq came quickly after my call on a faulty central heating boiler, whilst other companies offered me a one week wait in the cold. He knew exactly what the problem was and what part he would need to fix it. Before he left he ensured my gas fire was working as i had experienced a faulty ignition , so that I had got some form of heating overnight. He returned the next day with the part and my boiler was up and running soon after. Farooqs customer service is excellent and his prices are very reasonable. I will certainly be using this company in the future and would recommend to others.
