Very disappointed with my experience. I hired Kuma to mount my TV on 10/27, and while he initially quoted me $65, he ended up charging $80, claiming I had metal studs but I later verified that I actually have wood studs. I didn’t make a fuss at the time because he worked quickly, but unfortunately, the job wasn’t done properly. The TV was noticeably tilted and not straight. When I pointed it out, Kuma acknowledged the issue and promised to return to fix it, but since then he’s completely disappeared and stopped responding. I’ve given him multiple chances to follow through on his word, but it’s clear he has no intention of making it right. It’s disappointing because the service started off well, but the lack of professionalism ruined the experience. I wouldn’t recommend this service unless they address how they handle pricing, quality control, and follow-up.

Very quick and very easy to talk to. They pretty much would make room and mount your TVs within the day. I only chose to have mine done the next day which they gladly accommodated. Very skilled and knowledgeable at what they do. One of the best prices you can find in LA.
