Quick Towing

I would like to thank Quick Towing, they came through for me when I really needed them.. i sadly can’t remember the tow drivers name but I appreciate him, he was very professional, had a lot of insight and i felt I was in good hands. I appreciate the service great job! Thank you.

Great service, quick, respectful and responsible. Driver took his time and made sure not to make anything worse ( broken wheel baring). I would recommend. AFFORDABLE

Surprised to see good reviews from this company, the lady dispatcher was very pleasant and polite, however after getting a estimated pickup for a hour, they never showed, when I called back after waiting a little while longer, I was told you we called you and you didn't answer, saying you waited all this time and started laughing. This place is a scam and only come if it's convenient for them. They lack compassion and only want that non refundable deposit. Good luck dealing with this company. This with them is like playing a dice game. Never again. The laughter from the staff in my ear disappointed me more than them not showing at all. Good day!!!

I called two other tow companies and neither of them showed up. Quick Towing answered right away and showed up within 20 minutes! I would highly recommend this tow company to anyone in need.

Showed up quickly when other tow companies said it would have to be the next day before they could help me. Affordable prices.

The dispatcher was very nice, but said the cost would be $75 and the truck would be there in a half hour. They show up 2.5 hours later, and talk about the job for another 30 minutes, until telling me the price double because of their time spent on it. Since I work for a non-profit, and it was a work vehicle stuck, I need to call to get approval for all costs, but while I am on the phone they simply just left. I called the dispatcher to find out what happened, and she said she would call me back in a minute when she finds out what was going on. 4 days later now, and I still haven't heard from them. I ended up calling a different company, and they were out there within a half hour, and had no trouble getting my vehicle out.

Quick but could be quicker. I think when given a 1 hour window of time 2 hours is a little off. The guy they sent out to unlock my tahoe was really polite and apologized on behalf of the company.

I wish I could keep that star!!! I called at 1:24 PM she said 45 to hr. Nope I called back at 3:15 she said I was next. He got here at 3:50. Y'all really do need a name change. I started to ask for a discount but I said naw they hit a lick this time wn't happen again!!!!!!
