Quick Towing Boston

Tow truck drivers are questionable stopping on cross walks making intersections unsafe. A truck today blocked the entire cross walk and failed to follow the rules of the road.

i have never been so displeased. this company was incredibly hard to work with, rude, and had crazy prices (for a 0.7 mile away tow) after an honest towing mistake. i have been back and forth with them trying to get my tow cost refunded. only one person there was kind and helpful but the situation was out of her hands and she did the best she could. other than her, i am disgusted and have lost faith in humanity. so, so disappointing Replying to the response: While I totally understand that you were hired to provide a service, there was no help to resolve the issue which is why I am so frustrated.

Great experience on a non-insurance tow. Very friendly, helpful, fast, and on time. I had a pretty small window of time to get the car moved and Quick Towing Boston came right at the beginning of the time window I requested. Very reasonable pricing, highly recommend! They are very very rudes and slow, they don't know how to solve anything and the owner called Luciano is not capable of solving problems, he tries to make money from people by evading calls. I called 16 times and he ignored, demonstrating that the company is terrible and has horrible owner, as well as employees who are completely unprepared to deal with situations. I would never recommend this to anyone, and I feel sorry for anyone who needs to resolve something with them, as they only think about taking all your money. Definitely disgusted with this company, disgusted with the owner and disgusted with the employees.

Luciano was a huge help for me. To make a long story short I called him and after 15 minutes he was able to help unlock my car after a different provider took way too long to assist me. I commend him and his company for the outstanding service

This company is operating in Somerville without a license. They illegally towed over 100 vehicles in October and then required payment by venmo or cash. Super "legitimate". Nor did they report the tows to the police.

Got stuck in the snow in the middle of the night with a jammed front wheel. Really helped me out when I was in a bind -- and when both AAA and AMA couldn't -- and got me and my bike home safely. They are courteous, professional, and highly recommended.

Quick towing offered me a much needed assistance when I most needed. They were fast, friendly and affordable. I truly recommend it.
