I had a highly disappointing experience with this facility after facing unprofessional and discriminatory treatment at another location. Initially, I scheduled an appointment here hoping for better service, but was soon informed by the receptionist that they would not be able to see me. When I inquired about the reason, I was told that, as an employee, she had limited information to share. Despite explaining that I felt discriminated against and planned to report the situation, I was unable to speak with a supervisor, as they were unavailable.
The lack of transparency and accountability was incredibly frustrating. The entire experience felt unprofessional, and I am left questioning the integrity of this facility. While I hoped for a different outcome at a new location, I now feel this situation reflects a pattern of poor customer service. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would caution others based on my encounter.
