This is my first time I went any urgent care'It was very good Experience,I got proper Health care from them,especially there staff was very pleasant,The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic.The staff was friendly and efficient,The Probider was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received.

I am the wife of a patient here. This is the number 1 place to ho if you’re sick and need urgent care. I cant wait to get sick so i can come here . From the wait staff to when you meet a Dr it’s Fast Efficient and they care about you being sick! Dr Sadler saw my husband a few mins ago his appt was at 12:15 they called at 11:18am ready to work! THEY ARE A GREAT URGENT CARE! They put the UR in Urgent ! I know when i get sick this the only place im going . Zocdoc is how u make a appt! Quick solve Medical in Brooklyn THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

My husband had a urgent visit and he was taken care of within 15 mins. The staff was patient and friendly. I would definitely go to them again

I had a highly disappointing experience with this facility after facing unprofessional and discriminatory treatment at another location. Initially, I scheduled an appointment here hoping for better service, but was soon informed by the receptionist that they would not be able to see me. When I inquired about the reason, I was told that, as an employee, she had limited information to share. Despite explaining that I felt discriminated against and planned to report the situation, I was unable to speak with a supervisor, as they were unavailable. The lack of transparency and accountability was incredibly frustrating. The entire experience felt unprofessional, and I am left questioning the integrity of this facility. While I hoped for a different outcome at a new location, I now feel this situation reflects a pattern of poor customer service. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would caution others based on my encounter.

Unprofessional Virtual Visit Experience I had a disappointing virtual appointment booked through Zocdoc. I waited over 20 minutes with no updates. When I called the office, the staff was dismissive. The doctor eventually joined without introducing himself or acknowledging the delay, and seemed unprepared and unprofessional throughout the visit. Despite receiving no real care, my insurance was still billed. My follow-up appointment with another provider was later canceled without explanation, and inaccurate notes were added to my file. I've reported this to Zocdoc and hope this review helps others make informed decisions.

I needed to be seen immediately while I was at work. The place was was clean and the Frontdesk was very pleasant. There was hardly any wait time. The provider had fantastic bed side manners and you could tell he has a lot of experience taking time to understand my history and my complaint, and providing solutions and options accordingly. Highly recommend. Also, to the management the provider there is a huge asset. I unfortunately forgot his name but he was there on a Monday. Will come again and recommend to family and friends.

I was sick and needed to get checked up on and prescribed medicine, so I came here. The doctor was quick, helpful, and kind, and helped prescribe me the medicine and tips I needed to heal.
