We have a Craftsman push mower that we were having issues with. I called Wildwood Small Engine Repair today and they sent Tony out today. He started the mower and then discussed several options. He was so helpful and courteous answering all my questions and giving me the probable issue which was spot on. He was able to repair the mower for a very fair snd reasonable price. I will not hesitate to call them again to service both of our mowers. I highly recommend them and especially Tony.

Tony was nice, explained everything and the pricing. It did cost more than expected but I added services so it makes sense. 213 for a total push mower oil change, filter, spark plug, blade sharpening and cleaning.

My riding lawn mower just died. Tony came over got it started up, tuned in it up, and sharpened my blades. Now the mower works better than it did brand new. This company is in my contact list and will use them again when I need work.

Master technician Tony was amazing. I called six other lawnmowing companies and no one called me back or they were rather rude to me on the phone. Tony and the team including Emily, the secretary, who took my call was very professional got me an appointment the next day and were able to diagnose the issues with my lawnmower, which included some problems with my oil my fuel, my fuel lines, my battery, and got all of it taken care of in my driveway. I highly recommend and will be using them from now on.

Had my Craftsman mower's drive cable installed. The mower ran fine day prior, just needed cable installed. Now the mower shuts down after running for only 5 min. I paid $85 service fee + $85 installation fee. Which was fine except now mower doesn't run. I called Wildwood back and they stated 30 day warranty only covers the drive cable. I asked if they would send technician out and waive the $85 fee. They said only if the problem is caused by drive cable (which obviously has nothing to do with engine). I just can't imagine mower now has an engine problem which would be unrelated to taking mower apart, as it ran fine prior. I would think the company would want to keep customer happy and wave $85 service fee regurdless a day later on an engine problem that didn't exist prior than tech taking the mower apart.

What a racket of a business… they communicate by text… they sent a tech from Holden Missouri when I live in Kc proper (a metropolis)they charge for tech drive time and I guess give tech 25% the tech got pissy cuz he said 100 for house call and I showed him th contractor said 85. I provided make model and problem… they showed up to charge me a diagnostic fee before letting them tell me the problem which I told them and that it’s another 75 fee for house call… plus parts plus labor etc would have been 400 more for a part they quoted 80-100 dollars… and a week time…. I got the part 40 dollars overnight took me 10 min to get on and my mower is up and running! Do not do business with these people find a fair mechanic. Tony was a complete psycho with an ego who wouldn’t leave without selling me the repair! It was beyond excessive when any good businessman would have said here’s the issue I’ll take care of it! He already overcharged me before he touched my mower then wanted to charge me cuz he undid 4 screws on a housing! My friend said call his company but his company is part of the racket! They get paid to take advantage of people and still get paid when they get called out just for showing up to tell you yea that’s a problem

DO NOT USE THEM! This company price gouges! I made a request to have my snow blower evaluated. Unknown to me was that there was a service charge ($100), separate from a diagnostic fee ($50). I was only made aware of the diagnostic fee. First, these fees being separate are ridiculous! Why would I pay someone to come out if I were not going to have them diagnose my equipment? It makes no sense! They should make it CLEAR that it is a $150 charge for them to come out regardless of whether or not you have them perform a repair. Had I known, I would not have used them. Once the tech arrived, within 5 minutes he indicated the problem was my carburetor and it needed to be cleaned. The initial charge he told me was $260. I thought it was a little expensive but I was OK with paying it. Within another 5 minutes the price changed twice, to $310, then to $360. I declined to have the work done because I could double the amount and replace my virtually brand new blower. I believe this company to be very deceptive, using questionable consumer tactics. I will only be paying the $50 I understood to be the cost! If necessary I will take them to court and spend a lot more to dispute this absurd amount!

These people are rip-off artists. Please do not use them. They will charge you $150 just to tell you your battery is low. Then tell you that you also need a tune-up, oil change plus battery for $500.
