I could not be more pleased with the excellent and personalized customer service provided by Rebecca and Tom at Quest. Rebecca is very professional, respectful and polite, and truly cares about her customer’s needs. And Tom is extremely knowledgeable and concerned about protecting our home. I wish I had switched to Quest earlier!

I just had an excellent experience with Quest! I found a volleyball-sized nest of bald-faced hornets in my backyard, just feet from my deck and where my two dogs play. I contacted Quest at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, and Ken promised to have someone out before noon the next day. What I appreciated most was their non-pushy approach. In addition to his excellent service, there was no pressure to purchase a service contract. I had previously called three other providers in the Lehigh Valley, and all three were very pushy about an annual service contract that I didn't need. When I asked for a quote for a one-time service, their fee was ridiculous. Jackson is the exterminator who showed up as promised, and he did a fantastic job explaining what I was dealing with and what the process would be to eliminate them. then, after donning a bee suit, he made quick work of the nest.

Shawn was great! Very friendly, professional, obviously experienced! We had a large yellow jacket nest in a rotten branch outside our kitchen window. There had been a bald faced hornet nest there which the yellow jackets found and they killed the hornets. The yellow jackets then continued to use the nest and it grew quite large! Hundreds of yellow jackets. Who knew! Shawn was able to destroy the nest.

It was a pleasure to meet Shawn Dugan (Technician) for the first time. He did a very nice job treating our home. We view Shawn as professional, knowledgeable, and very informational, taking the time to explain the process and ensure everything was handled with care. He was thorough in addressing the yellow jacket nest under our front porch and provided a complete liquid barrier treatment around the exterior, along with interior crack and crevice service for added protection. We are extremely pleased with his work and we look forward to seeing Shawn again for his excellent service each quarter going forward. Thank you Shawn! We appreciation you!

I could not be happier with the service and communication I received from Rebecca and Tom. I called back multiple times with various questions and Rebecca was very helpful and patient with me. Tom came to the house and got everything done in no time, including moving some items I had stored in the basement that were in the way. I highly recommend Quest for all your needs.

We’re having a problem with black ants. Not only did quest to get me in in a reasonable amount of time, They explained my options, We’re very respectful of my property, and I did not feel at all pressured into signing a contract . I felt the rates were fair compared to other exterminators I had contacted. Due to the circumstances, I did sign a contract however so far so good. Highly recommend Quest and Ethan for their great service -

Shawn was friendly, informative, and helpful. Everything you could want from someone you let enter your home. Very respectful and polite. Hope I Don’t have to have your team back for another service, but would definitely call on you again if I do need some pest control help!
