It is incredibly hard to find a contractor who is honest, reliable, reasonably priced, and does excellent work. When you do, they deserve a great review. I had a large second-floor picture window with moisture between the glass. The window itself was replaced under warranty, but I needed someone to install it. I received estimates from two local window contractors that seemed outrageous — around $2,000 for labor only. Both companies made the job sound far more complicated than it actually was in order to justify the price. Complete SCAM, I should post their company's name here. My realtor (Charlotte Savoy-- also a 5-Star Review) told me she had a “window guy,” so I contacted Quality Window & Glass Repair LLC. They were outstanding. Their quote was less than 25% of the other estimates — more than 75% less expensive. They got me on the schedule within two days, showed up early, and completed the job in a little over an hour. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and fairly priced. It really does not get better than that. I highly recommend them. Wow-- 5-Star Average in Google Reviews with 408 reviews. I do not think I ever saw that before!!!

We found ourselves with a broken window and Quality Glass was a delight to deal with. Quick service - came the same day I called to give me an estimate and tell me about the repair. The installation was superb, worked cleanly, and even helped find other broken glass bits to protect my dogs! So grateful to have found them!

We had our foggy window replaced by Quality Window and Glass Repair. They did a wonderful job and the before and after photos show it. Mourad, the owner is very thorough with his work. After the inspection and estimate, he even went back to double check that he’ll get the right glass replacement and that there won’t be any issue with the installation. He is honest and dependable. If you need quality glass installation, repair, or similar jobs that doesn’t break the bank, I highly recommend this company.

From our first call, they were extremely professional and responsive, and came the next day for the estimate. We are extremely happy with the results, and the price was exactly as quoted. June 4, 2026 Quality Window and Glass Repair Company recently replaced 5 of the double-paned windows of the type used in the construction of our standard -circa 1999-colonial style built home. This is the second time (the first time being in May 2022) that we have contracted with QWGR to refurbish glass panes in those windows in our home where the ‘seal’ between the double-glass panes has failed; lightly fogged window panes showing visible condensation being the primary indicator of such failure. Actually, this type of double-pane window pane failure rate is expected……as the house/the community was built circa 1999…..so that in a period of 20-25 years, we have had to replace the panes in six (out of fifty) windows. That’s 10% in a quarter of a century. We ‘shopped vendors’ for PRICING back in 2022 and Quality Window and Glass Repair LLC won. And as EVERY ASPECT of that May 2022 repair/installation proved to be a ‘pleasant vendor experience,’ we retrieved the listing for Quality Window & Glass Company from our home files….expecting to find a REPEAT of our 2022 experience….. and we did find that. SUMMARY We have contracted with Quality Window and Glass LLC to repair ‘aged/defective’ double paned windows TWICE in a 4 year period. Both the company operation & the company personnel proved to be very professional, personable and friendly in demeanor, and respectful of our property. A very ‘pleasant vendor experience.’

Mourad at Quality Glass was so very friendly, professional, and efficient in replacing our second story tempered glass window in Lovettsville. He came to measure the day after I contacted him and the glass was ready in just over a week. The window looks fantastic and matches the one next to it exactly. The window was on the second story above a slanted roof and nothing was too hard for them to get it installed. Service with a smile and a very reasonable price!! We hope to not need to replace windows/glass in our home but if we do, we'd work with Mr. Mourad again. The whole process from start to end was seamless and so easy. We contacted him on a weekend and he graciously responded. The replacement glass shipment arrived within a week and installation was promptly completed. Invoices and payment interactions were very straightforward and easy to complete. Work completed and space was clean, very professional. Highly recommend.

The company was responsive from the beginning and super helpful. Although I measured the glass I needed, I was a little unsure, and they were happy to come by to ensure the measurements were correct. They had my order within a reasonable time and were efficient with delivering and installing. Their prices were extremely reasonable as well. I highly recommend them!

Mourad was great to work with. He came out the same day I called, quickly diagnosed the issue, and confirmed the window could be repaired rather than replaced. Within a couple of days, he had the part ready and scheduled a convenient time to come back. Highly recommend! Competitively priced, knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. They had the lower of the two quotes I got to fix my broken window mechanisms. Then when they fixed them, Mourad actually lowered the price since they didn’t have to replace the springs as originally thought/quoted. I would never have known if they were replaced or not, so I greatly appreciate the honesty and professionalism! He also did an additional fix using some spare parts, for a small additional fee, which really helped me out. Great experience overall.
