Michael did a thorough evaluation of our plumbing issues and formulated a plan to solve the issues at a lower cost and quicker than we expected. We are very happy!

They did an amazing job with our new ac/heat unit it looks great outside and feels good in the inside. I appreciate them calling me back Sunday night when I needed them and also coming out fast to see what is wrong with my unit. The two guys that put it together and out there I appreciate you both. Plus Dwight he was sooo sweet and pleasant, all you guys are appreciated hunter as well.

Because of the recent extreme cold, I wasn't expecting a plumber until much later in the day. But Michael arrived very quickly to see why my water heater was no longer working. Turns out, I needed a new water heater. Michael and his partner were polite, knowledgeable, and seemed to work really well together. They got a new unit installed same day!

We had to have a new HVAC unit installed because our old one died. We also replaced our 52 year old duct work to work best with the new unit. Quality Services Company was the quickest company to respond out of everyone I called and they didn’t increase prices because we were stuck without air conditioning in August. Gene was super patient with all my questions. The installation team was on time, efficient and very professional. We are so happy with our new unit. The temperature in the house has never been as comfortable as it is now. Update one week later: outside temps have been 85-90 since the new unit was installed, I have increased our day time temperature 3 degrees higher than we had it set with our old unit and increased the night time temperature by 2 degrees, and we’re still cooler than we were with the old unit! I’ve been wearing long pants in the house which was not possible in the summer with the old unit and I’m still a little chilly!! I should say, we got the Trane gas pack with 2 stage cooling. The unit has barely run in Stage 2 cooling (except on day 1 but we had been without AC for 10 days at that point), maybe an hour a day. And our always hot great room addition is now comfortable. We’ve been able to cut off or reduce our ceiling fans usage in the house. I am just amazed at how well this unit works.

Jonathan showed up on time. He was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing. Additionally, the ladies in the office provide responsive and friendly assistance. I appreciate this service and these are the reasons we continue to retain Quality Service for maintenance and repair of our HVAC system.

We reached out to regarding an issue with our bathroom vanity supply lines having no water. I had told Sarah my concerns about it being the valves and inquired how we could obtain an estimate. She said she could have someone come out to take a look and was able to schedule Clyde to come out the next morning which was great. He was very friendly and we were able to identify that the valves needed to be replaced. Clyde provided us with the estimate of about $387, which does seem incredibly high. We were not made aware of the diagnostic fee by Sarah and regardless of that, $151 for each valve is very high.

An absolute life saver. My AC went out on a Friday night and they came out on a Saturday, from an hour away, and got it running again. On time, professional, and efficient. From the estimate to having a new unit was seamless, professional, and fast. Everyone at this company is top notch. Thank you everyone!!! Unit looks like a Swiss watch maker put it in. Office staff called before and after to make sure I was satisfied with the service. 100 out of 100! We have been using Quality Service for the last six years and continue to be very pleased with them. Before replacing our old unit five years ago, they replied quickly and set up very flexible appointments for us. Their teams are friendly and prompt. I feel like we are well taken care of by them.

Quality Service Company is great all around. They installed new AC system for us a few years back and that was a great experience. We recently had an issue and they came out very promptly, provided a detailed diagnosis of what happened and resolved our issue fast. Highly recommended for new systems or problems that come up on existing systems.
