Quality Propane

Had a wonderful experience today with Terry and Aidan. Nice to see they have a young man coming along learning the trade. I highly recommend Quality Propane for any and all of your gas needs.

We were in a pickle, after 10 years our previous company left us with one empty tank and one with 10%. We called Quality and they came the same day. Very courteous and helpful!! I would highly recommend and loved they are in my hometown of North Stonington!! Way to operate a business Quality!!!

Have to shout out Sue who was amazing. Prior company ghosting me. About out of gas....yikes!!! Sue walked me through everything and set up my account. As I write this review, the new tank is in!!! Sue and her crew at Quality Propane came in Clutch. I had a nightmare of an experience with Family Hearth and Patio and Quality Propane fixed it all. Sue managed the situation, TJ came out to diagnose the issue, and together, they ultimately made sure it was all resolved. Great group and company!

I’ve had the best experience with Quality Propane. Had an issue with my fireplace and TJ, who drew the short straw came out to the service call and was very patient.Answered all my questions and was very gracious and professional. I will not have my fireplace serviced or maintained by the company that I purchased the fireplace from, I’d rather have a company like Quality Propane take care of my investment. I will be referring them to everyone!

Just purchased and had a 500 gallon tank installed at my home in Charlestown. Exteremely satisfied with the pricing and customer service. Very satisfied with the entire process. Pleasure to do business with a well oiled machine.

I was looking for a company that would service my propane fireplace insert because the company I was doing business with never showed to do the service work. Some one recommended Quality Propane. They told me the prices were reasonable and workmanship was good. I called Quality and spoke with Sue. What a nice and helpful person she was. I immediately scheduled maintenance service for the fireplace unit and have switched to them as my propane provider. I know propane price changes from day to day but the price she quoted me was cheaper then what I was paying. I think this relationship will work out fine.

I had my fireplace switched over to propane about 2 years ago and couldn’t be happier with the product and the service that Quality Propane has provided. We called them for issues with our 3 year old furnace that another company installed. Terry came out explained some of the things that were not done properly. They came back and fixed them and our furnace is running again. We have had nothing but a great experience with Quality Propane.
