This was my first experience with Quality One Dent due to an accident I was involved in April 2025, and I’m finally just getting my vehicle back almost 2 months later. This is not because of Quality One Dent’s fault… honestly it was because of Bristol West insurance was the worst to deal with. The insurance company/appraisals took forever to communicate/ approve any new invoices the repair shop needed done. The repair itself, did a great job on my 2022 Ford Bronco. They cleaned the inside very well before giving back my vehicle. The owner Paul was very communicative on the vehicles progress and letting me know what was going on weekly. I do wish they had sent me updated photos, but that’s fine.

Quality One is the perfect place to have a bumper replaced and repainted. I dropped my car off on Thursday morning and was able to pick it up at 1pm on Friday!!! They helped with the process of the rental car. The personal, honest, attention I received is most appreciated! I changed my bumper color from silver to black. The car was spotless when I picked it up. I loved working with these people!! Go Here!
