Right from the beginning with being able to take us on in short notice, communicating and understanding our needs and then executing on that day. They put everything into being as efficient as possible while taking high level of care. They even took on moving our gym equipment weighing 200+ pounds. Absolutely recommend them for all your moving needs.

I recently helped my dad move to be closer to us. Let me just say this was a complicated, triangulated move between two houses and a condo. Quality moving did a fantastic job. Polite, on time, and great value. They moved things with care including antique furniture. They essentially worked overtime to get the move completed.

Over the past three years, we have had to move 4 times🤣🤣🤣it is not what you would call great experiences. Four weeks ago, we found our perfect house. Everything we tried to put in place three years ago when we first moved to Florida. Now it was in place and done. Next step was packing snd moving. I called 5 movers for quotes. Quality Moving was hands down the best quote we received. All the questions were answered in their quote. They have a qualified staff of movers who pack, and make sure everything is double wrapped. Bubble wrapped, then heavy saran wrapped. Talk about quality!! It was perfect. There were more items to load than we all thought. No problem. They were finished at 10:00 pm Thursday. They started at 9:00 am in the morning. They worked, worked, worked, with no breaks. We kept asking if they wanted or needed bresks?? They just kept working through the day. They also agreed to come back Friday am to get our possessions out of storage. Needless to say, it went beautifully. No issues, no broken pieces!. We have a huge collection of antiques and art. Success!!! Everything was done beautifully, Everyone was respectful of our possessions, took great care to insure success. They were great. I would recommend them unequivocally. I would be willing to talk to any potential customers. Ashley, the owner of the company, is fabulous. Concerned with our issues, which were none. I booked these folks on a condo I bought in Florida a week before I left Idaho, do to travel I called and rescheduled twice.Ashley said no worries I understand just let us know when your close. I arrived only to find a nightmare condo I called Ashley again to reschedule only to call over and over due to contractors being late or having to fix more things in the end I called and they were there in less than 2 hours and unloaded me. In this world of people over promising Ashley and her team went WAY over the top in customer service so much I paid the crew for a extra hour of labor! These guys are the moving people period! Thanks for everything you guys ROCK!!!!!!

OMG, Ashley was way above and beyond “flexible” for our request for 2 movers to unload the truck to storage for our DIY move from California to Florida… the trip from you know where! We couldn’t give a specific date and time but she stayed in touch with me to get updates on ETA so she was sure to have our movers available. Who does that?? Then, here comes Kenny and Landon, our moving specialists, they were professional, strong, and got the job done in the time we allotted!! I would highly recommend this company and we will definitely call them when we move again out of storage! THANK YOU!!!!!

Quality moving and more LLC. Two foot dent/scratch on my 1 year old fridge. Was told don’t worry we have good insurance. That was three months ago and won’t call me back. More stuff was scratched but only wanted fridge taken care of. Ashley kept saying she’d get back to me now not returning my calls. I sent fridge invoice liked they asked. Left message yesterday saying I’ll be calling better business bureau if she doesn’t call me back, nothing! Just called the insurance company they don’t even have cargo insurance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They helped me move over 600 miles away. I believe they did the best of their abilities and I appreciate the help and fair price!
