Excellent Excellent workmanship. I was literally desperate and seeking help in my garden. The before and after clearly show how bad it had gotten and how well Quality Gardens sorted it out. They were meticulous and tidy. Honestly will continue to use them and would highly recommend. So glad I chose them.

Very professional and courteous made sure I was happy with all the work undertaken and even done a few extra bits for no charge to help me out I more than pleased with his service and his work and attention to detail I have been using Edward for over ten years he is always on time and knows all of my plants and he even knows what there scientific names are I am always impressed by his knowledge

I have just had my garden cleaned and cleared by Ed and Rob, they have done an excellent job which i am very happyabout as i did not think the garden could look so good . I will definitely book them again for regular maintenance work. Very pleased customer Brenda 👏🏽

⭐ 1 star Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful experience. Edward from this gardening firm came to assess my garden and we agreed on the work to be done. Everything seemed fine initially — until I tried to actually book the job. When I called to confirm the appointment, Edward insisted on cash-only payment, which was never discussed before. Still, I agreed, and we set a date. On the scheduled day, I cleared my entire schedule and waited — but no one showed up. Worse yet, there was no communication whatsoever. After wasting a whole day waiting, I called to ask what had happened. What I received in return was appalling — Edward was rude, aggressive, and even used uncivilized language before abruptly saying he had cancelled the job. This level of disrespect and complete lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Not only was my time wasted, but I was spoken to in an offensive manner by someone representing a supposed professional service. No customer should be treated this way. If you’re looking for a reliable and respectful gardening firm, I strongly urge you to stay far away from this one. They should be held accountable for how they treat people.

Ed and Rob demonstrate exceptional work ethic, having meticulously cleared both my front and back gardens. Their attention to detail is commendable, and Ed's extensive knowledge of plants and flowers is impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and would not hesitate to hire them again. Ed is more than a gardener, he looks after and maintains my garden & has done at my current home plus previous property for 20+ years without the need for any extra work from me. The two gardens were very different with their own needs but both have been flawlessly looked after by Ed. He is always willing to help out & go the extra step, making suggestions for improvements or changes that he thinks would be a benefit. As well as the regular maintenance, Ed has done additional work including laying a shed base, patio & brick work, all to high standard. Would recommend Ed to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, quality workman.
