Fantastic service from start to finish! Tony showed up exactly on time and was incredibly polite and professional. He diagnosed and fixed my stove in no time, and he took the time to answer every question I had. It’s rare to find service this reliable and courteous. I’m very happy I went with this company for my repair needs under my warranty. I Will be using them for all my appliances repair going forward

First off tech was Tony! Service experience from start to finish was Amazing! Confirmations,scheduling,and arrival was very well notified. I called the day before because I was worried about missing my appointment time due to my daughter's graduation and the customer service lady was very caring and noted my account, with that information in case I had to reschedule. Wish all companies was this thorough!! My Tech Tony was on time and had perfect customer service!. He diagnosed and fix the issue in under a hour!. He was very self-aware of not wanting to get water on the floor or scratch the floor when pulling the refrigerator out, this shows pride and that he cares about his customers homes. He explained the issue with the faulty part and was on his way!. Highly recommend Tony!! Im sure all their employees are just as great but I have to give credit where it's due!. Awesome job!!

Tony's customer service was fantastic. He was very professional, kept in touch with me about his arrival time, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what the problem was from a short conversation with me. Repair was quick and easy, done in 30 minutes. If I need something in the future I will be calling Quality Appliance Repair of Louisa. Also the young lady who returned my call to set up my appointment was very friendly and understanding of my work schedule. I bought my new appliances (5) from Home Depot they should take a customer service class from this company. It was a warrenty job so I paid $0

Front loader washer was leaking. My MIL recommended Tony from quality appliance. He did a great job and locating the leak, explained why it was leaking and then made suggestions to prevent future leaks. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. We definitely recommend Tony!!

Highly recommend! I called the office, left a message, received a call back within 30 minutes! It gets better! The associate in the office put me on the schedule that day! Tony (the Technician ) was able to find the problem. The part was ordered and installed within a very reasonable timeframe! During the entire process the communication from both the office and the tech was great! I would recommend them to anyone!

Tony is such a pleasant young gentleman. I appreciate a professional experience and a kind person. He explained every test he ran on my KitchenAid refrigerator. As of today 5 technicians have been to my house no one knows what the annoying sound is. They installed a new ice maker, and that's not the problem. Tony provided us with excellent customer service.

He came out first to diagnose the issue, identified it as a faulty circuit board, and then returned promptly after ordering the part to complete the repair. Tony is an asset to your business. He was very polite and informative. Also very professional and got our issue with the water dispenser taken care of easily. We were referred by GE for repair of refrigerator that is still under warranty but would not hesitate to use whenever needed for appliance repair.
