He diagnosed and fixed my stove in no time, and he took the time to answer every question I had. It’s rare to find service this reliable and courteous. Front loader washer was leaking. My MIL recommended Tony from quality appliance. He did a great job and locating the leak, explained why it was leaking and then made suggestions to prevent future leaks. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. We definitely recommend Tony!!

Highly recommend! I called the office, left a message, received a call back within 30 minutes! It gets better! The associate in the office put me on the schedule that day! Tony (the Technician ) was able to find the problem. The part was ordered and installed within a very reasonable timeframe! During the entire process the communication from both the office and the tech was great! I would recommend them to anyone!

The gentleman Tony was amazing. He called and he was on time. He was kind, curtious and polite. He was knowledgeable and he fixed our issue with our oven. He made sure it was back in place and worked as it should before he left. He is a very respectful person.
