Extremely Poor Service. The team was unorganized and unprofessional. They did not wrap items properly unless repeatedly reminded, and they carelessly mixed belongings in the same box (e.g., food with bathroom items). They also used the washroom without permission, leaving the place very dirty, which reflects the lowest standards of cleanliness. Many items were left behind in the unit and not taken for moving out. In addition, after agreeing on a price and receiving photos of the items in advance, they demanded extra payment after the job was completed.
