Hi, I initially contacted him to install the fire system, but he didn’t show up as he claimed he was unwell. I waited a few days, and we agreed on a different date. However, despite my calls, he still didn’t turn up. This caused issues with my tenants, as one of them took time off work specifically to allow him access to their room. Overall, he was unreliable, and I would not hire him again.

Overall efficient, communication was clear and professional. Managed the problem at hand whilst explaining the process. Failed to turn up when pricing up a job when Haz eventually turned up on another date the job was agreed to be done with a date & time confirmed only for them to do a no show without any warning or correspondence even afterwards when I tried contacting him and left texts still nothing, absolute time waster.
