When we were horrified to discover we were visited by rats Pyrofox came and did a thorough assessment of all entry points. We discovered things that have made us aware of how tradesmen leave things hidden and unfinished behind the scenes and our own habits with food and pet food. Despite feeling that we were meticulous and clean…the attention was in the detail. All done with grace and politeness. There are so many things we were unaware of.
