Pyramid-Glass

The reviews definitely set Pyramid Glass apart and being a local small business made me select them for my project. I really appreciated the great communication. While I was getting quotes, Amir definitely shined by responding so quickly. The glass is great and the hardware is very nice and seems sturdy. The measurement and installation process was pretty quick and the price was far better than all my other quotes. There were some minor issues with cuts to the trim, clean up, and some leaking. After contacting Amir initially, it took some time to schedule the repair due to the him being unavailable, but he showed up a day earlier than scheduled to fix everything so I didn't have to take off work. Unfortunately, the shower was leaking the next day more than before, so I will just seal it myself. Amir did offer to come back again though. I don't think this is the norm for Pyramid Glass based on the many other reviews, but my own experience was just not the best sadly.

Fantastic experience with Pyramid Glass - wish I could give more stars!!! We recently completed a total overhaul of our large, lower level guest bathroom. We reached out to a number of companies to compare quotes. To my surprise, several companies refused to come by to take a look at the project, and instead, provided ballpark quotes based on my measurements. I didn't feel comfortable signing an e-service contract based on my own measurements and without meeting the service providers. I simply discarded any company that refused to come by. Aside from these providers, I received quotes from 4 companies that physically visited and measured the shower area. Of all, I was most impressed with Pyramid Glass. Amir was extremely responsive and came by the house on the very same day after completing another installation. He was very respectful and professional, and took the time to show me examples of the different types of glass, handles, and finishes available, which allowed me to clearly visualize the finished product. That same evening, Amir sent a quote which came well under that of competitors and a week thereafter, the custom glass enclosure was installed! We are delighted with the quality of the finished project which surpassed our expectations. The bathroom is gorgeous! Do yourself a favor and reach out to Amir and Pyramid Glass. You'll be glad you did!!
