Overall my experience with clover creek was AMAZING!!! The staff were so nice, friendly and welcoming. Super clean establishment. Most importantly the tech and doctor who took care of me were so gentle. Made my visit very pleasant. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Definitely looking forward to my future visits!

Excellent, professional and caring. As a senior with teeth that have been with me a lifetime, it was time for some to go. Was nervous, apprehensive about dental work, and this staff was great down to the smallest detail of making sure a prescription would be waiting for me at local pharmacy... Highest of recommendation and gratitude for their kind and excellent care.

I'm seriously impressed with how good of an experience I had with this Dental clinic! I have read some of these other reviews. Including some bad ones. And some things stuck out to me. Although it didn't effect my overall experience. The Dentist was FAST!! He was great! Very professional. But in two visits, I didn't catch his name lol. He's all business. Which I appreciated. The front desk staff was awesome! Very friendly, and made me feel very comfortable with their communication. It's been forever since I've been to the dentist, so I had a little anxiety about how bad everything was gonna be. But they were very cool and reassuring. The hygienist was Amazing!! She was friendly and knowledgeable and thoughtful. She really balances out the fast, all business style of the dentist. Overall, seriously, this place is great. Same/Next day availability. Clean and inviting facility. Great staff. Professional and capable dentist. What more can you ask for? If you need a dentist. I recommend this place. And I will probably also do so to my friends and family should they ever require a new dentist. THANK YOU!! GREAT JOB!!🙏👏

I just changed my dentist to puyallup summit dental care as they had all I was looking for in a dentist, they are close to my home, they take my insurance and haven't canceled my appointments like my last dentist. Went in yesterday to have some major work done and they where very nice and stopped every time I raised my hand to give me a minute. They whole office is very friendly and just a great dentist place to go to.

I found this place because my teeth were going downhill so fast and my normal place had be scheduled out months away. I left my normal place in tears thinking I was going to lose most of my teeth. I found puyallup summit dental and they got me in so fast. Not only that but the dentist left me feeling hopeful that he could help me without removing everything. And he did.within 3 or 4 visits he fixed my teeth. I am so impressed with their work and how quickly it was done.i would recommend this place every time!

Very disappointed with my visit to Puyallup Summit Dental Center. I came in for a regular teeth cleaning, but the experience was terrible. The doctor (I don’t even know his name) worked very fast and roughly, as if he was in a hurry to finish with me and move on to the next patient. The cleaning was painful, and no one even offered me to rinse my mouth — I had to ask for it myself. Everything felt careless and rushed. When I said it hurt, the doctor just replied, “There are bacteria there, it needs cleaning.” He also said I had a cavity and offered to fill it right away. I agreed. He gave me anesthesia but started drilling after only about 30 seconds — it was painful! Then he took the same syringe (I’m not sure if he changed the needle) and gave me more anesthesia before continuing to drill. The entire process felt so rushed and careless that I started to doubt whether proper sanitation and sterilization standards were being followed. Also, except for the front desk, most of the staff have trouble communicating in English, which made it hard to ask questions or understand what was going on. Overall, this was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning and do not recommend this clinic.

My dental hygienist is hard to understand. Not only is she soft spoken but her English in hard to understand. After the dentist got done cleaning my teeth, she was polishing my teeth and it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. The tool she was using was SUPER SLOW. The tray she put in my mouth with I don’t know what in it was too big to fit in my mouth but she shoved it in anyway and the goop in it spilled in my mouth. The equipment was failing while getting my teeth cleaned. This place looks run down and in need of updated equipment. The front desk girls are wonderful and attentive and friendly. No problem there. But my dental hygienist needs some training. When she did my X-rays, she was struggling. I don’t know if I’ll go back.

This is the only dentist I have gone to and felt comfortable. He is very fast, always has same day/ next day appointments, he is very kind and caring and so is the staff. I have been going here for a couple years now and Highly recommend.

I was a new patient here. The entire staff was very kind and very efficient. I feel like I got very good quality of care. I am looking forward to my next visit back in 6 months. UPDATE: just had my second appointment and things continue to be great.

Overall my experience with this dental clinic was fine. I would have given them at least 4 stars but the doctor didn’t introduce himself. I only know his name because of the staff. I feel like he does good work though. He cleaned my teeth very well. I will be returning for more work.
