So happy to have found PuroClean. They were done in 2 days with the mold and water damage under our sink. Nick was thorough and informative during the bidding process and I appreciated his working with our insurance company. Jeremy did a FANTASTIC job on site! He was in and out in 2 days. Luckily it wasn't as bad as we thought it was going to be so he finished sooner than I had anticipated. I don't know what I was expecting, but the barrier that was built around the kitchen was top notch!! I was so impressed. As we are in the throws of a pandemic it's worth noting that both Nick and Jeremy were always masked up and cognizant of Covid precautions. I felt completely safe with them in our home during this process. Also, let's not forget Heather in the office! She was always very friendly whenever I called. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and we are very happy with the results. As I told Jeremy as he was leaving, I hope never to have to see him again, but if we ever do have another instance of mold or water damage they will be our first call. Definitely 5 stars in our book!

This review is a long time coming but richly deserved. Since moving to California in 2018, I’ve had two external irrigation pipe breaks which ended up with water in my house. The first pipe break, in August 2019, resulted in water entering the master bedroom and bathroom. The second pipe break, in December 2021 sometime after midnight and 4:00 am, resulted in water covering 80 percent of the floors within the house. Both pipe breaks took place after I had gone to bed. In both instances PuroClean was there for the post flood damage, clean-up, and repairs. I found the PuroClean team to be professional, highly capable, dedicated, and empathetic. This was especially true with the December 2021 post flood clean-up and work. After talking to my insurance company on Sunday morning somewhere between 5:45 am and 10:00 am, PuroClean was onsite to start the water extraction. After that fans were brought in to start the drying process. Big picture, Team PuroClean was up front with me and said I should plan to be out of the house for at least six months. After that, a lot of work and communication took place after December 13, 2021, until early July 2022. The pack out, repairs, decision making on paint, kitchen counters, etc. all went smoothly. The key to all this was communicating my expectations upfront and having PuroClean explain what was realistic and what wasn't. Having a level of honesty between both parties was key in achieving a successful result. To say I appreciate the support and effort of Art, Heather, Jacob, Jeremy, Krista, and Nick and the entire PuroClean team would be a huge understatement. I am beyond thankful and grateful to each and every one at PuroClean for their assistance to me. Hopefully, you don’t, but should you need any of the services offered by PuroClean, do not hesitate in reaching out to them. They are a small yet extremely effective team. PuroClean will take care of you in the same way they would like a family member.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and puroclean not only responded quickly but they solved the problem quickly! Heather was so understanding and helpful on the phone! Great experience and would definitely recommend them for mold issues, water damage, leaks she even said they handle biohazard clean up!
