I was so relieved to make the 4/15/24 tax deadline and went to bed at 9 pm with peace of mind. I awoke to use the bathroom and soon as I got off the bed, I thought I was having a bad dream. Felt water squishing through my toes on carpet and as I got closer to the bathroom it was puddling. I heard water and it was coming from a tube under the toilet and immediately turned all the valves until the water stopped. I ran down the hallway to wake my son and it was puddling down the hallway, hallway bathroom, guest bedroom, office, kitchen and laundry room (literally half the house). I told my son to go in the garage and get our 2 wet/dry vacuums and as we sucked the hallway, it was already seeping thru the walls and filling up again. I jumped on my computer and googled everything possible, flood, water emergency etc. Came across Puroclean and I called about 12:45 am and Gregory Arianoff, the owner said he’ll be over. He arrived about 1:20 am and access the water and brought in a huge water extractor and he worked to 5:30 just extracting water. He later brought in about 10 large fans and said he’ll be back with more fans and dehumidifiers.
He later showed up with his crew and they assisted in removing the entire wall to wall carpeting in the vanity area and bedroom and moved around furnitures and all my stuff and I mean I have a lot of things. Greg came every day and tested the walls moisture and moved around fans etc. Day 4, his crew cut open the drywalls, to avoid mold and dry out all the studs.
Today is day 7 and most everything is under control. I cannot thank them enough; Greg, Michael, Shawn & Hanalei, such professionalism, hardworking and sympathetic, as I was having a meltdown. This is probably going to take a few months to rebuild, but I’m confident and impressed how well Puroclean is prepared, with clean and proper equipment and know how.
I highly recommend and refer Puroclean with no hesitation.
Aloha, Naomi
