If you are responsibly wearing sunscreen this summer, you need to know this! Sunscreen blocks UVB rays from the sun, which can block your body’s ability to use them to make vitamin D.
Don’t stop wearing your sunscreen, though! If you start to feel like you need more vitamin D (low mood, fatigue, weakness or aches), try to increase your vitamin D intake.
