PureSoft Water Treatment Inc

I had PureSoft Water Treatment Inc come out about a year ago and install a water softener. I had 3 plumbers come out and all of them stated there was no way to install one with the way my house was set up. PureSoft came out and within minutes was able to install one in a closet and run the line into the underneath of kitchen sink for when it regenerates. I just had them come out again today a year later and put in an RO system (Reverse Osmosis). Gerrit did an amazing job. I would highly recommend anyone to use them. Great customer service, quality work, and super knowledgeable.

Installers were pleasant, courteous, and professional. Initially analyzed the best way to install water softener and discussed installation locations with me. After softener was installed, checked the system and immediately discovered that water pressure was lost. They checked all connections and found that there was an issue with main water shutoff valve, which may have occurred when water was shut off just before installation. Installers had a replacement valve on the truck, and replaced the valve at no additional charge. Problem solved and system is great so far…enjoyed my morning shower with softened water!

Cole Bell was absolutely amazing!! He installed my new water softener. He is top notch. He went above and beyond and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. He stayed in constant contact with me. He was very prompt, courteous, polite and professional. He showed me everything I needed to know and was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company. I am a very happy customer!!

PureSoft Water Treatment provided a great experience. They were quick and responsive to my issue with a leaking system. Cole, the technician, replaced the overdue water filters and also helped fix the leak. I would completely rely on them again. Their high work ethics standards truly make a difference.

Service was great. Quick responses. Very polite. Cole went the extra mile to make sure my plumbing lines were all worked out, even though it was more work for him, I every much appreciated his time and effort.

I had a friend with me who used to install Culligan units and he said your two employees really knew what they were doing. They were friendly, efficient, professional, and made sure I knew everything about the system before they left. Kevin Atchley who worked up the bid for us was also very knowledgeable. All are definite assets to your company.

Service was swift and technician was nice but he didn't put the cover back on. The new valve must be too big for it.
