I woke up Saturday morning to find my dog had pooped in my carpeted primary bedroom. I needed help ASAP! The big corporations don’t offer help on Sunday. I tried Pure Clean and they said they could come that morning. My technician Don was great! Arrived on time. Let me know when he was on the way. Made the carpet look like new. After previously using one of the “big name” carpet companies im gald I found Pure Clean. Price, professionalism, and service was all great. Something tells me my dog will have future accidents so i’m saving their information in my phone book. For per accidents just go with the Pros and skip the grocery store. Ill be a returning client. Plus they are a local colorado company and I prefer to support local small businesses.

Don did an amazing job! The carpet looks brand new, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I also really appreciate how quickly he was able to come over - his responsiveness and professionalism made a huge difference. Highly recommend!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS don't trust the positive reviews. Never have I met a man so disrespectful and rude when somebody is bringing up a concern. He came in to wash my carpets but left them very wet and smelly. This was on the first visit. He took him only 5 minutes to do each room supposedly at first next the man was arguing with my elderly mother and calling us liars about our new home not having the AC running or there being no air flow . We had fans running and the carpets remained wet for 2 days. They stunk up the house . He came in to fix the issue and became more rude and starting yelling at us for asking him why the floor is so wet and why it only took 2.5 minutes over 2 16x16 size rooms. They carpets were left wetter than before and stated that it was not his doing on wetting the carpets even after he just came to spray them and comb them quickly for pattern.. he then left a large dirty water mark on my floor from when he drags his equipment across the floor. He left a horrible impression on us and I would not recommend letting any woman or elderly folk around him. The way he yelled and got angry as us for asking a question is a safety concern for all people he dares to service. 0 stars if I could .

I normally don’t post comments for whatever reasons unless it’s bad but this time I must speak out Pure Clean Carpet has done and phenomenal job. I was expecting it to be clean because I was spending my hard earned money but the way he cleaned the carpet and made my house smell brand new Revised my carpet to the point where it is not just clean but super clean thank you for doing an amazing job, my stairways, my bedrooms, my hallway my dining room it’s amazing… and also, he clean my garage concrete floor. Great job. Excellent job.!!! If there’s ever time to say operation excellence, this is that time!!! Much respect for this company!!!

Superior service! He was able to get out stains that we thought were set for life. His respectable nature and high-quality service was very much appreciated. He showed up early, and got the job done efficiently and effectively. Two floors and a set of stairs, no complaints. Five stars for sure.
