I was blown away by Travis Tolibas and Pure Maintenance of Southern California. Travis was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and patient—he spent a lot of time thoroughly inspecting my new home for any air quality issues, showing and explaining everything along the way. I have a history of severe allergies and prior mold exposure, and he went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. I found out that Pure Maintenance offers more than inspections—they have a state-of-the-art dry fogging remediation process that sounds impressive, and I’ll definitely be coming back for that. I highly recommend Travis and his team.

When I found out that I had Black mold and other types of toxic mold in my rental unit I was very concerned. Ryan assisted with the estimate and was very thorough. Ryan answered all of my questions and did not rush me. Gio assisted with the mold removal. Both Ryan and Gio were very knowledgeable and professional. Additionally, Kaylie is invaluable when answering questions on the phone and via email. I also appreciated how fast I was able to book an appointment. Finally, the prices are very reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend this company!

Pure Maintenance came through last minute and Travis was amazing!! He provided optimal service and very accommodating. He took the time to explain his process and the state of the art technology his company uses to detect and treat mold. He was very thorough and gave me a great price. He even engaged with my kids despite the chaos of three babies running around. I’m very thankful my family can be safe in our new home.

I was very satisfied with Pure Maintenance overall. Travis knows the business very well and explained the process in testing and in cleaning of contaminants if required. He kept me in contact throughout the day with ETA until he arrived. I was emailed a copy of the report generated after the results. The inspection determined one of my rooms had a high concentration of mold. Travis recommended some areas that needed cleaning and came back to retest and the mold issue was resolved. I will definitely be referring Pure Maintenance to people I know.
