Travis did a great job and was excellent at explaining the process to me. They were able to come out to test for mold only 4 hours after I requested a testing after I let them know the situation was urgent. They took mold samples and air samples to be sent for culture. Great customer service. Overall, I highly recommend them for mold testing and remediation.

I was blown away by Travis Tolibas and Pure Maintenance of Southern California. Travis was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and patient—he spent a lot of time thoroughly inspecting my new home for any air quality issues, showing and explaining everything along the way. I have a history of severe allergies and prior mold exposure, and he went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. I found out that Pure Maintenance offers more than inspections—they have a state-of-the-art dry fogging remediation process that sounds impressive, and I’ll definitely be coming back for that. I highly recommend Travis and his team.

I am a realtor in southern california and I used Travis on an escrow I am in. They were amazing to work with for many reasons. We needed a mold inspection done same day or I risked falling our if escrow, they found a way accommodate it and came with a couple hours and then Travis explained so much to about the process that when it was done and we reviewing the report together 9 actually understood what he was saying, sometimes before he even started reading certain parts. They didnt recommend treatments that werent needed. We walked away with just an inspection needed and a good report. No sales pitch after on why we need this or that. Also Travis was really easy to conversate with. Very professional but we shared some laughs. I instantly texted my realtor friend who referred him to me herself and told her that was a solid referral. I look forward to working on many more houses with them. Highly recommend!

Travis at Pure Maintainence came to our home and did a complete inspection for mold. It was a concern for us even though there was no visible evidence of mold. We got the results within several minutes of his completion. He is such a gentleman....and friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for more. It's a great company and if you need their help, use them. You won't be sorry.

Love this companies eagerness to help and get you the answers you need. I had a great experience getting the instascope done definitely highly recommend. Travis did an excellent job he's very good at what he does.

When I found out that I had Black mold and other types of toxic mold in my rental unit I was very concerned. Ryan assisted with the estimate and was very thorough. Ryan answered all of my questions and did not rush me. Gio assisted with the mold removal. Both Ryan and Gio were very knowledgeable and professional. Additionally, Kaylie is invaluable when answering questions on the phone and via email. I also appreciated how fast I was able to book an appointment. Finally, the prices are very reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend this company!
