Very communicative and informative. I have only used their testing services so far, but am happy with Ron’s responsiveness so far

Ron and his team are the definition of professionals. They are knowledgable, timely, and communicate extremely well. Rare to see a business this well run these days.

I called for a mold inspection and was immediately scheduled for the next day. They were very good about communicating arrival times and the inspector was also keeping me informed as the arrival time ended up fluctuating. The inspector was knowledgeable and efficient in assessing what needed to be done in my house for the particular problem I was dealing with. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

So I had the pleasure of having pure maintenance of Boise come out today. I called him this morning with a concern that some mold may be in my house cause my son’s allergic! he made accommodations to stop everything he was doing and came out same day! I cannot say enough about about this guy and his business never met him before! And the good news is his remediation plan, which is a fogger system instead of any kind of disrupting any mold that may be in the walls It’s cost-effective at a dollar a square foot to have the house fogged! If you believe you have a mold problem, highly recommend this guy came out for $275 took three or four air samples and I’ll have Results by Monday or Tuesday of next week!
