I recently had the pleasure of having Shobha and Nidhi for an end-of-tenancy cleaning of my apartment, and I must say, they did an absolutely fantastic job! I’m admittedly a bit guilty of letting my apartment get quite messy and dirty, but Shobha and Nidhi approached the task with kindness, professionalism, and an incredibly positive attitude that made all the difference. They tackled every part of the apartment with exceptional care— from the toilet and kitchen to the living room and even the balcony. Their attention to detail was second to none, ensuring no nook or cranny was left untouched. For anyone in need of cleaning services, I couldn’t recommend Shobha and Nidhi enough. Their friendly demeanor, professionalism, and the outstanding quality of their work mean you won’t have to worry about a thing. They are the go-to professionals for a hassle-free and highly satisfying cleaning experience.

Not the best - I hired them for a deep clean for a new property and there were still lots of cobwebs/dust and surfaces were not clean when I checked. They sent someone for a re-clean and tried to say that since I had painted since the last clean, it was unfair because it caused dust. Painting doesn’t cause cobwebs and brown surfaces. The second clean was still not great, the corners were still dirty. Because of this, I can’t really trust the whole place was done properly, had to clean everything myself again.

Terrible Service – Would Give 0 Stars if I Could Booked them for 3PM, they didn’t bother showing up until 5:30PM with no explanation or apology. Then, unbelievably, they told me to cancel because they weren’t able to complete the job properly. Completely unreliable and clearly out of their depth. Save yourself the headache — steer clear of this company.

I had a very professional flat deep clean done by this company. The customer service was fantastic and the clean itself was brilliant! Will be using again.
