Endometrial cancer signs can be subtle and nonspecific. The primary early sign is postmenopausal unusual bleeding which is observed in almost 90% of cases. Others include fluid in the vagina, unable to account for increased loss of weight, and pain located in the pelvic region. These symptoms could be common to other diseases and hence an individual must seek an evaluation by a health care provider whenever they notice these symptoms so that the disease is diagnosed and treated early.
