AMAZING SERVICE!!! On Christmas eve...they SAVED ME!! It was a miserable day, raining steadily, cold and very muddy, but I didn't have any water due to a leak in the water line I didn't know about and they still came out on Christmas eve and fixed the leak and for a very reasonable price. I was willing to wait until the day after Christmas because I didn't want to ruin their holiday plans, but they came out to my remote location anyway...the best company service I've ever had in the the tri-city area! Thanks Pump Tech!!

Sunday 2pm on Memorial Day weekend I made a call thinking I was going to get a answering machine, but I didn't. within 25 min I got a call back from a gentleman named Mike and he said he will be there within a hour. And he was true to his word. Very satisfied with the response time and the level of communication I received from Mike. I will be doing business with them again. Mike you made my house full of little girls happy! thank you

outstanding service, lost water at 9:00 at night, called their phone number and their after hours service took my call and ( bill ) the owner called me within 3 minutes and trouble shooted the possibilities over the phone, I told them no need to come out tonight and we can deal with it in the morning, first thing this morning a crew was at the house both men where courteous and professional and had my well up and running in a hour, thank you

Great communication very knowledgeable and super kind. I worked with Bill the inspector and Sandy in the office and they both delivered above and beyond my expectations great people great company!!! Thanks you both for you help!!!
