The definition of ice is the solid from of water, something frozen or a cold attitude.

Ice is a central nervous system stimulant. It causes high levels of dopamine ( a brain chemical associated with pleasure and reward) to be released.
Q: How long in ice therapy?
Use cold therapy for short periods of time,several time a day.
Ten to 15 minutes is fine and no more than 20 minutes of cold therapy should be used at a time to prevent nerve, tissue and skin damage.
Treatment :
There are treatment and support options available to someone who is experiencing problems ( including dependence ) with crystal methamphetamine (ice) or other drugs. The more intensive treatment options ( such as residential rehabilitation clinic) are not always the best option.
