I am very impressed with Proud Ponds. Aaron, the owner is quick to respond, very professional and honest. I called to see if he could fix my water feature that was installed by another pond company and he was over the next day (it’s a holiday weekend). Thank you! I appreciate his knowledge, positive attitude and expertise. My water feature is perfect. He explained everything he did, answered all my questions and gave me some advice to help maintain long-lasting use. I’m having him and a colleague out here to do some more work including a possible addition to the water feature.
