ProTech always kept us informed as to when they would arrive. We liked that we knew when they were coming and could coordinate our schedules accordingly. They were always on time. Their team was friendly and professional to work with. Issues were quickly resolved.

We had Pro Tech Fence install a vinyl fence at our property in Eastern Idaho, and the result is outstanding. The quality of the fence itself is exactly what we hoped for. Solid, clean lines, built to last. What really stood out though was the crews. Every person who showed up was polite, professional, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. When challenges came up during the install (and they always do), they didn't cut corners or shrug it off. They went above and beyond to make sure the finished product was something we'd be proud of. Tristin and Ashton deserve a special shoutout. Both were incredibly helpful, communicative, and professional from start to finish. They're the reason this project came together as well as it did. Tristin and Kaden did a great job on our job. They installed an ornamental iron hand railing on the stairs in our front yard, as well as a railing on our front porch. It turned out beautiful. The day was cold, windy and blustery. They worked from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. until the job was completed.

ProTech fence is amazing. I had to remove some fencing to build a shop and they were fantastic at helping me get the supplies I needed along with the know how on what to do. McKay was great to work with, super fast and very accommodating. Will go there for ALL my future needs.

I am very happy with my new fence. They have been responsive to all of my calls and requests. There is one small section of my neighbor's fence that was affected when my old fence was removed. (Not removed by Protech.) They initially did not repair this, but have set this up to be repaired as well. Even with challenges they have been great!

Overall, we’re happy with the final result and like our new fence, but the experience itself fell short of a 5-star review. Communication was lacking when the project went beyond the original completion timeline, and we were disappointed that the financing option came with additional fees that were never disclosed upfront. We also had issues with the gate installation. The gates were uneven and sat too high, and even after bringing it to their attention, my husband still had to make adjustments himself just to get the latch to close properly and smoothly. One other thing worth mentioning: the company offers discounts in exchange for 5-star reviews, which makes me question how accurately the ratings reflect the overall customer experience.

We sustained wind damage to our double gates a couple of weeks ago and called Protech Fencing for an estimate on the repairs. Laura in the office was incredible and had Dawson come out the following day. Dawson was punctual, pleasant, and quite fair with his estimate as well as recommendation. The following week, Hayden (another true gentleman) came out and did the repairs. Protech Fencing is everything a good company should be; dependable, fair-pricing, quick, courteous, a true pleasure doing business with… I would highly recommend them!!
