From the detailed plan of what would be best for our house, the excellent work done in fitting the system, the great communication, with updates by phone and email, and the taking care of all the grant paperwork, we were very happy that we choose the right company for the project. Highly Recommend Prosolar Having got quotes and input from other installers we were very happy to decide on Prosolar to fit our solar panels. From the initial visit by Tagdh to the roof work and the electrical work we were very impressed. Every one on the team was genuinely interested in our home and what was best for us. The work was done efficiently and with no clean up afterwards. Staff on the admin side were always prompt with information and answers to queries. They did the paper work side and helped with grant application too. Its lovely to see that we are already sending electricity back to the grid even in november. We would recommend Prosolar without hesitation.

I'm really pleased with Prosolar's service, all the ways through from presenting 3d models to final completion that delivers on yields that were forecast. My roof has an unconventional design and Prosolar adapted and worked closely with me to overcome the technical issues. They delivered on their promises. Thanks

I had this company install solar panels on my dwelling in 2024. The process was efficient etc. After all,that is what would be expected as that is what they do. They also managed to break three porcelain ridge tiles on a sun room below where the panels were placed. These were replaced with flimsy looking alternatives. No mention was made of this. A gutter above this sun room was also damaged at a joint& now leaks when it rains. It ‘looks ok’ but on inspection it is not. When I contacted the rep regarding the gutter, it was claimed that there was no way this could have been connected to the installation. I can only surmise that a panel slid & fell causing damage?? Further evidence leads me to suspect roof tiles were also broken. This can happen in this process. However no mention made. I diagnose poor post installation customer service & absence of accountability leading to diminished customer satisfaction. They need to address this issue. Its important. So I would not recommend Pro Solar. I give em a D.

After doing a lot of research and investigation, I found Prosolar to be the only ones to be a one stop shop to fit my installation requirements at a reasonable pricing. My installation needed to be ground mounted and I didn't have to worry about hiring contractors, coordinating, etc, all taken care of by Prosolar which was exactly what I wanted and the only company to offer that. Took some time to finalize quotes and plan but once all done and dusted, the crew came in and got everything installed quick and smoothly. Very friendly and knowledgeable team, they took the time to show and explain things to me without any issues. There was only one issue after the installation but they took care of it after the fact, no hassle, no extra cost, just owned the problem and got it sorted fairly quickly. If you're looking to make the investment and go solar, I'd recommend Prosolar.
