Proserve Pest Control, I would like to take a moment to recognize our technician, Devon. He is always a joy to work with—kind, hardworking, and an excellent listener. This month, at our request, he quickly and thoroughly treated an extra few troubling spots in our yard. We also appreciate the care he takes in applying pesticides safely and responsibly. After being without a pet service, for a while we decided to hire a pet service, we had roaches. We also have had problems with rats, I have an exotic garden. We considered Proserv, a local franchise. They spent less then 20 miniature the first visit. I contacted them about the roaches in our tub, in fact I took pictures of them=-the bugs, they were supposed eliminate, 3 weeks after the first visit The second time they didn’t come in, left a PROSERVE green door hanger. Then They are wanting me to give a rating for their technician. After setting up a customer port whole.

I've been using their service for well over a year. Their professionalism and follow up was great ! We had ant issues and had to call them back for additional service. The technician, Devon called to let me know he was on his way also listened and provided great service overall. Great Value and would definitely recommend.

I’ve been with ProServ for a little over a year now and I am very happy with the service we receive! One time, in the summer I had to have them come out because there were a lot of ants in our backyard and they were on top of it! They made sure to get someone out ASAP! And that’s the kind of service that makes them stand out. They are also very good with scheduling and making sure to accommodate my schedule. Def recommend them!

I actually met with the owner! He is polite and genuine, I believe their Admins name is..I know it starts with a S I don’t want to guess it and butcher it. She is very welcoming and sweet! would definitely recommend this place. Job was executed.

I absolutely love Proserv, they are very easy to reach, great customer service and very professional. I used their service since about 2020. They're very flexible whenever I have to reschedule or if I need a second spray outside or around the house, as this is happened before (i.e. I might have forgotten to leave the back gate unlocked when I'm not home). Highly recommended 5 stars ++++

This was my first time using ProServe in which at the time I through I was having a rodent problem. The young man who gave me the estimate was on time kind honest and very professional. After the inspection he put me at ease by telling me that there was no evidence of rodents. I'm disappointed because I failed to get his name nevertheless Proserve is lucky to have this young man working in their organization. I will recommend them to my family friends and my church members. Thanks again!

I haven't used them yet, but Anthony, the manager, came out and gave us a consult. Really nice. I like person to person contact. Another company that had good ratings is supposed to come out but I already know that i probably won't use them because they're service isn't as personal. They give a consult over the phone and then expect you to sign a years contract that is emailed to you without meeting them in person. I'm now hiring pro Serv. They are willing to work with me on the products they will be using in and around my home. I am only wanting ants controlled so they will try using gel product inside and essential oils outside.

I have been with proserv for a few years and I have received great service!! Especially with my recent encounter. Jordan and Tina were able to help me and I greatly appreciate them for that !! They went above and beyond to help me. We moved to a rural area and even with the increase in bugs they did not increase my price. They have the best price around as well! Thank you again Proserv!!
