I had our driver to go to the place so they can measure the bottles we use for the company. Communicated through whatsapp with a guy to discuss the setup. The guy is so impatient. clarifying things but seems to not even be accommodating even though part of being able to have clients is being able to talk to clients and understand what they really need. Though might be because we are only going to do small pieces that he was not even interested with the printing job we need. I asked for quote and was told he already told me about the prices. but a quote is an official document that should be given when you want to push for a sales order. I followed up again today to check if the designing rate is okay but we will not print with them anymore. but I was put on read. very bad customer experience.
