Property Solutions did a great job painting the exterior front of my house and my double back wood decks. Jason was so patient with me as I worked out the colors of each element (he went to the paint store for samples many times for me!). He worked with me on the project price, and threw in some repair work. My front columns and railings were rusted and peeling. Jason's crew completely restored them! They also fixed some cracks in my front porch roof and it looks good as new. In a town where it's hard to find contractors you can trust, I highly recommend this company! We will use them for other work in the future.

Some good things about this company--they did beautiful drywall to cover the crumbling lead-covered exposed brick in our basement. The prices were reasonable. They had creative solutions, and they were flexible in including smaller ticket items. I appreciated too that they're a small company with diverse skills. But I have 2 major complaints: 1) They were careless in removing a wooden post near our house that had crumbling lead paint on it. They threw it on the patio without using plastic sheeting like they were supposed to. They didn't include it in the lead permit so we couldn't hold them to it, but personal ghost wipes we had done by a professional showed lead over 700ppm in that area. They didn't do a very good job cleaning it either when I pointed this out and we have had to do additional cleaning ourselves. It's just exacerbating an already existing problem, but the entire reason we hired them as lead-certified contractors was to avoid more lead being redistributed where our baby plays. 2) A small section of the lead inspection failed twice, and their reaction was disappointing. After the first failure, they agreed to pay for half the cost of the second inspection but did not pay it. After the second failure, they have not responded in over a month and have not taken any action to resolve the issue. So, while our house is in much better shape overall and we do appreciate their work, this lack of response has prompted me to write an honest review.

Jason and his father Santos did an excellent job painting two rooms in our apartment. The work was flawless, they made zero mess, protected everything, and matched the color perfectly. Jason also provided excellent advice on what color to paint a small room in order to make it feel larger. Jason was polite, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They charged a reasonable price for their work and I will 100% be using their services again in the future and recommending them to everyone! - Saleha

We had them come and remove a cabinet that was contaminated with lead paint. They did an amazing job, covered all surfaces and safely removed my cabinet plus doing minor other repairs in the room. They matched the paint on the wall perfectly and it was done very fast. I would use them again!

Jason Umana Installed squeaky hardwood floors throughout the job site and refused to fix. Ultimately they never returned to finish the job after being paid the majority of the cost.
