Really pleased with the service received from Properties Maid Clean. The communication is excellent, and we’ve always had a replacement cleaner if our regular one is away. Also very competitively priced. Cleaners themselves are great. Munil in particular is excellent.

My grandmother and I booked this company via bark, the first couple of weeks the cleaning was professional and the cleaning was very good. We received a text saying the girl had been called away due to emergency at home and there was no one to cover. Another week past i received a text saying someone could come to do a clean at 9.30, I was texted again saying the cleaner couldn’t do it until 2pm. I had other commitments so this wasn’t possible. I was then offered today at 9.30 which was fine, no one turned up no contact no response from the company. After looking at their website with multiple times I would book with caution. What started as great customer service and cleaning ended up with a very poor experience.

I had Clari come and do a fabulous one off clean. Was like a show home afterwards! Highly recommend

I have hired their services for well over a year now and have nothing but positive reviews to say! The staff are always very friendly, and excellent at their jobs. I have yet to have a clean I was not satisfied with! They are efficient and thorough, always responsive, finish in time and punctual. The admin staff are also pleasant, helpful and accommodating when I have had emergencies and therefore had to cancel last minute or needed a last-minute clean. You won’t regret hiring this team, it was a great weight off my shoulders for a busy working mom! Special shoutout to Minil (who regularly cleaned for me) for an excellent job every time and always with a friendly smile!

Anita was great at responding to my request, lots of communication and helping me to sort the optimum amount of time to clean. Olga is fabulous, reliable, and always does a wonderful clean. Whilst we were away she also helped with watering plants and doing some cleaning extras. I can’t recommend Anita or her team more highly. 5star customer service, 5star clean, 5star communication

A turnt to Properties Maid Cleaning after being let down by several previous cleaners. Booking is easy and the ladies arrive as stated and are extremely thorough and professional. I have a large cluttered three bedroom semi property and they mange mini miracles every two weeks. Would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable professional service. 👌🏾

Valerie has been a fantastic cleaner for my nan in the months that my nan needed her .no faults whatsoever and always on time and always does extra for my nan to get things extra clean .would recommend this company to anyone their been brilliant just sorry we had to finished the contract due to personal illness of my nan .
