Fantastic experience from start to finish! Jordan came out promptly to provide a quote, and before we knew it the job was completed beautifully and with incredible efficiency. The level of service and organisation was outstanding throughout the entire process. We were at work while the tree stumps were removed, and when we arrived home we were genuinely blown away. You would never know the stumps had even been there! The area was left impeccably clean and tidy, which speaks volumes about the care and pride they take in their work. These guys are incredibly organised, professional and reliable. Communication was excellent, everything happened exactly as promised, and the workmanship exceeded our expectations. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much, Jordan, for such a seamless and professional experience. My only regret is that I wasn’t there in person to thank you on the day. I had a great experience with Proper Tree Care. They were very professional in all respects in helping to prune a large tree that had recently dropped a limb. They clearly know what they are doing and care about the trees they are working on, and for the requested job they arrived on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up properly afterwards. They were a pleasure to deal with.

This is a professional outfit. The team of 3 arrived on time and set up their equipment, safety bollards and access. They were friendly, super efficient and took all the debris and mulch away leaving the area tidy. Would 100% recommend.

Jordan and the team were great to work with. They really want the best for the trees and took so much care to make sure we could save as much of our trees as possible. They did a number of jobs for us - including an emergency call out when a tree fell over during a storm. Really easy to get a hold of, very well priced. We will be using the company for all our future tree care.

Jordan and his team were very professional from the very start to the end. The property had a low hanging cable which was added complexity but the tree was removed perfectly with care. Pricing is also very reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

Jordan and the team did a great job removing an overgrown tree from my small courtyard. It was smooth, from an on-site quote to completing the job and cleaning up afterwards. The tree was close to the fence and structure, but there were no issues or damage. Jordan and the team were pleasant to deal with. I am happy with the results and will go back to him again in the future.
