I had a plumbing emergency and called John who was happy to go over my options and give advice. I ultimately resolved the issue with my insurer's emergency service but will definitely call on Pronto Plumbers for the benefit of John's patient experience and expertise.

John, the gas technician, walked in and introduced himself as John Kennedy. As an aeronautical engineer who has spent over 30 years consulting at NASA in USA, I straight away thought of JFK the President of USA. I asked if his middle name started with letter "F"? He said that i 'm not the first one to ask. I understand, I said. On technical side, he was extremely skilled in solving engineering problems. He took out some gadgets, made measurements and straight away knew how to solve it with precision. After the solution, he Calibrated the entire boiler system, checked everything and made sure all was well. His work ethics are commendable to all. John is very skilled and his charges are reasonable. Excellent same day emergency service. We had a leaking pipe and John attended promptly and completed the repair. He was very professional, knowledgeable and reliable throughout. Everything was explained clearly and left safe and tidy. He even advised what to do in future if this was ever to occur again. Highly recommend.

We had a christmas day emergency with a dislodged water pipe from the water tank & John came out to the rescue. He was amazing. . . So professional, friendly & effective - keeping us informed as he sorted the issue to get our Christmas back on track. What a star! Highly recommend.

Truly confused. Found this company via Google & used the 'call' button duento their 185 positive reviews. Was asked to press 6 to be connected then noone answered but a different mobile number answered. Told me they dont normally work Sundays but they'd get someone out (Google ad says open 24/7). Got someone out within 2 hours. Not any of the names mentioned in other reviews. Guy on the phone told me he thought he knew what the problem was without taking a look. Guy that arrived said it was something different. Didnt really have much confidence; arrived in a hire drive van, no uniform, no ID, didn't seem to have an endoscope. Wanted to start ripping my bathroom apart to find the issue but as I didn't have much confidence i declined & paid the call out charge. Guy then gives me his number so he can do a homer but writes his number on another companies letterhead. Truly confused as to who I dealt with after pressing the 'call' button.
