Promptlink offers a suite of software applications that support design, deployment, testing and ongoing management of Broadband networks and CPE. All of Promptlink’s software products are market driven, representing the needs and desires of multiple customers, while incorporating feedback and market parameters that ensure that our products meet real customer needs. Several of our software applications are a direct result of consulting engagements that focused on addressing a specific challenge related to DOCSIS and PacketCable standards and management of such devices, as well as specific customer requests such as TR069 support and video technology testing.
