ProMaster Home & Commercial Repair

In today’s world where good service is hard to find, it was a breath of fresh air to work with Promaster. They came out quickly in the time period shared, and had good communication. The creed is simple, say what you do, and do what you say, and Promaster did just that, and I would highly recommend.

I appreciate the technician coming out to my residence and replacing the fan in my refrigerator. He was polite, professional, and the service was fast. Thanks again!

Michael was excellent from ProMaster. Very knowledgeable and did a great job. He answered all of my questions and offered suggestions. He came in the time frame that I was given. I really liked that he could come out the same day that I called. I will definitely be their customer.

Called around for appliance repair when my dryer full of wet clothes wouldn't turn on. ProMaster had a technician in the area who came within a couple hours. Michael was very professional and efficient, diagnosing the problem and providing a temporary fix while a part was ordered. He came back a couple days later to install the new part. While discussing appliances, he also diagnosed and fixed a problem with the refrigerator. We highly recommend ProMaster!!

Service was excellent from my first call with Kayla she really cares and checked in all the time to make sure everything was good 0ur service tec Vadi was wonderful he really cared and had to go and get more parts so everything would be perfect when he left!! Our technician was very friendly and figured out what was needed to fix our ice maker he ordered the part and was back a few days later and installed a new ice maker. Very efficient. I would call them again if I have any appliances that need work.

On time, courteous, efficient, left the work place, as he found it (tidy, clean.). Will gladly call ProMaster again if I need appliance repair.

I did not personally have a great experience with ProMaster. Was told I could still use my dry until the part came in. Then found the dry wasn't hooked back up. When I inquired why. I was told it wasn't hooked back up because it wasn't safe to use. I was told the part would arrive the next day, when I inquired if it came in the next day they said it should arrive that evening or the next morning. When I inquired a couple days later they said there was a delay in getting the part, and they did take $30 off the service fee, and I was given a 1 hour window for replacing the part the next day. They didn't show up within that hour, but once arrived the part was put in, and appears to be working fine.

Our craftsman was so efficient and precise! He was a pleasure to work with. We appreciate his professionalism. He’s at the top of our list for appliance repair. Thank you!

My fridge stopped cooling. Called and made an appointment with ProMaster for yesterday afternoon. Aaron, the technician asked what was wrong and I told him. He opened the fridge door, took a temperature reading, and said the compressor is out and sent me a quote for $1200, plus, their fee just to come out was $95. He was nice enough, but was in a hurry. Not sure what he would have done had I said to fix it. Ugh. My biggest complaint is the $95 just to come out. Ridiculous!
