Drove here today after reading on the website no appointment needed . Got there to be told its an hour and a half wait . Cant fault the place as we never got the chance to go in but I think the website could do with a potential wait time warning as we got the impression from the website we would be able to go in and look around regardless of how busy it was.

Lovely staff, beautiful store. Bit like going wedding dress shopping which I hadn't expected but maybe should have researched more!

Great service made my daughter feel very at ease. Found a prom dress on first visit. Thank you

Really annoyed that we drove 1hr 40mins and it was closed up. Despite it stating open on Google, very disappointed

Turned up today drove from Bradford was shut I turned up Tuesday with my daughter and her best friend very excited, approx 4pm, website said closes 5pm. Rang the number no answer, rang me bk next day saying they had missed call, to say, oh we weren't busy so closed early! Girls don't finish school till 3/3.30pm. Very disappointed! My daughter was upset. Should not close earlier than website states. Not Good for your business doing this. Lost a potential sale!
