Great company, very responsive, best communication. I use Pro-Lift for all my custom builds. They are hands down the best garage door company to work with and they have wonderful technicians that are very knowledgeable.

He explained his findings and helped me understand the reason my garage door and clicker wasn't working and I was so glad that his assessment and adjustment took care of the issue. He was polite and I am pleased with the service visit.

Kyle the owner of prolift Garage doors called a few hours later and left a message offering to get someone out to check the house. Upon my return I knew I needed the garge door inspected. As I had to take all the panels off to get my car out a week prior. The reason I went with these guys is because 1. Kyle sent a personal note with options for service 2. He sent a pic of Ricky the technician when I decided to hire them 3. They didnt charge a service fee to inspect and offered a military/senior discount 4. Ricky INSPECTED the door for quality control and safety. Didnt just try to get a sale 5. When he came, he was a One man efficiency machine and got the work done 6. He explained things to me as he went along and I appreciated that. 7. Very personable, friendly and professional. 8. Made sure the motor sat straight and the key fib and pads were programmed. Also double checked the safety sensors before leaving 9. Was organized and told me the garage space he needed before he came out to work 10. HE CLEANED UP AND DIDNT LEAVE NAILS/SCREWS inside or outside the garage. I RECOMMEND RICKY TO ANYONE ANYTIME AND WHEN ASKED ABOUT A GOOD GARAGE SERVICE. PROLIFT IS NOW MY. GO TO. I’ve had good experiences with this company. The few times I’ve had service calls. They responded extremely promptly and resolve the issue in a short period of time. I would definitely recommend this company.

James did a great job explaining all that was needed; he was respectful and attentive to all our doubts and inquiries. Also puntual and very tidy: he cleaned everything when he was done and left no debris or trash.
